Registering A New Domain Name

Registering a domain name is an important step in establishing your online presence and building your identity. A domain name serves as the foundation of your online identity and allows you to create a professional email address and website that reflects your brand and values.

  • Domains must be lower case letters, numbers and dashes only. 

  • Do not include periods, symbols, spaces or underscores.

  • Domain names are only allowed to be 63 characters in length. 

To register a new domain name at NameBright follow these steps:

  1. Enter a domain in NameBright’s domain name search bar.

  2. If the domain is available, click Add To Cart.

  3. If desired, register additional extensions to protect your online brand. Click Add to Cart for each additional domain name.

  4. Click the Cart icon at the top of the page.

  5. You may be prompted to create a new account or login to your existing account.

  6. Click Proceed To Checkout.

  7. Select your Registration Length (from 1 to 10 years) and click Continue.

  8. Select your Payment Method and click Complete Purchase.

Register domain names in .COM, .NET and .ORG at NameBright.


Bulk Search

With bulk search you can check the status of multiple domains all at once. To use Bulk Search you must have a NameBright account.

To use the Bulk Search tool follow these steps:

  1. Log into your account.

  2. Click Bulk Search in the navigation.

  3. Enter up to 1000 domain names or keywords.

  4. Click Bulk Search.

  5. Add available domains to your cart, or download a list of available domains.
