Email Plans

You must have an email plan at NameBright to edit email settings on your domains.

Having a custom email address is among the most significant benefits to domain ownership. Whether you're an individual or a large enterprise, our email plans are versatile enough to meet your needs.

Set Up Your Email Plan

 Once you’ve purchase an email plan, follow these instructions to set up your plan:

  1. Once you are logged in, navigate to My Domains.

  2. Select a domain.

  3. Within the Email section, click Manage Email.

  4. Click Set Up Your Email Address.

  5. Enter the Email Address you want to use.

  6. Create a Password.

  7. Confirm your Password.

  8. Select a Mailbox Size.

  9. Click Create Email Account.


Manage Your Email Settings

To update your Email settings:

  1. Once you are logged in, navigate to My Domains.

  2. Select a domain.

  3. Within the Email section, click Manage Email.

  4. Select an email account and click Edit.

  5. Make your changes and click Save.


Add Another Email Account

To add another account to your existing email plan:

  1. Once you are logged in, navigate to My Domains.

  2. Select a domain.

  3. Within the Email section, click Manage Email.

  4. Select + New Email Account, a new browser window will open.

  5. Make your changes and click Create Email Account.


Access Your Email Inbox

To read your email:

  1. Once you are logged in, navigate to My Domains.

  2. Select a domain.

  3. Within the Email section, click Manage Email.

  4. Select an email account and click Webmail.

  5. Enter your Email and Password and click Login.
