Set Auto-Renew At The Category Level

When you edit Auto-Renew at the category level, NameBright automatically renews every domain within the category 14 days prior to the expiration date, by default. NameBright uses your Funded Account Balance to renew domains and services first. If no Funded Account Balance exists, or is not sufficient to cover the balance due, we will attempt to charge any credit cards on file.

If NameBright is unable to renew domains or services using either payment method, we will email you a renewal failure notice. Please keep your contact information up to date. Be sure NameBright.com is on your email safe list, to ensure you do not miss any critical domain or service emails sent.

To update Auto-Renew on a category:

  1. Once you are logged in, navigate to My Categories.

  2. Select a category.

  3. Click the Category Settings tab.

  4. Within the Auto-Renew section, click Enable or Disable Auto-Renew.

  5. Turn Auto-Renew On or Off.

We recommend that all domains in a category be configured identically.
