Order History

To access your previous orders and receipts, please follow these steps:

  1. Once you are logged in, navigate to My Account.

  2. Click Account Billing in the navigation.

  3. Click Order History.

Click an individual Receipt, or click Download Order History to get a .csv file with all of your transactions.


Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

To manage your Payment Methods:

  1. Once you are logged in, navigate to My Account.

  2. Click Account Billing in the navigation.

  3. Click Payment Methods.

  4. Click Add Credit Card to add a new payment method.

Additionally you can pre-fund your account via check (checks must be $100 or more), wire transfer or PayPal. Pre-funded accounts are eligible to receive 'At Cost' pricing on domain registrations.


Funded Account History

To view your Funded Account History:

  1. Once you are logged in, navigate to My Account.

  2. Click Account Billing in the navigation.

  3. Click Funded Account History.

Click an individual Receipt, or click Download Funded Account History to get a .csv file with all of your transactions.


Add Funds

When you pre-fund your account, you receive discounted, 'At Cost' pricing: The next time you make a purchase, select "Bill My Funded NameBright Account" in the payment method at checkout. At cost pricing applies to new registrations, renewals, and transfers.

To Add Funds to your account:

  1. Once you are logged in, navigate to My Account.

  2. Click Account Billing in the navigation.

  3. Click Add Funds.

  4. Select a Payment Method. We accept Credit Cards, PayPal, Bank Wires and Checks (checks must be $100 or more).

  5. Follow the instructions on the page.


Multiple Carts

NameBright stores a different cart for each linked account you have access to. You may see a table at the bottom of your cart because the system has multiple carts created for you – one per linked account.

This is specifically done so that you don't add a domain to your cart, then go help someone that you have linked accounts with and accidentally purchase that item in the wrong account.

If you want to view the contents of another shopping cart, you must go to the top-right portion of NameBright and use the drop-down box to jump into another account.

Also note, your cart is private and only view-able by yourself. NameBright does not allow other users to see any of your shopping carts, even if that cart is specific to a linked-account. A Shopping Cart is private and will not be shared with any other user in the system (including with the owner of the linked account).


Invalid Credit Card Addresses

Our system is looking for an identical match to the address your bank has listed on your credit card statement. If it is not identical, our system will refuse it.

Misplaced abbreviations or street numbers will cause it to be determined as an invalid address. Please verify how your address is listed on your billing statement.

Currency Conversion

All prices are in US Dollars (USD). NameBright.com accepts payments from all parts of the globe, but if you are making a purchase from outside the United States you will need to perform your own currency conversion. We do not accept crypto currency.


PDF Invoices

If your county mandates an invoice with your VAT number for purchases, NameBright offers the option to generate a PDF invoice. When placing an order, you can easily create a PDF invoice from the receipt page after completing your purchase.

You may also create a .pdf invoice for any order:

  1. Once you are logged in, navigate to My Account.

  2. Click Account Billing in the navigation.

  3. Click Order History.

  4. Choose an order and click Invoice

  5. Click Get a .pdf invoice.

  6. Edit your Billing Information if necessary. Include your VAT tax number if applicable.

  7. Click Save As PDF: A .pdf file will open in a new browser window, and will also be sent to the email address we have on file.
